And it shall be that whoever will not hear My words, which He speaks in My name (God’s name), I will require it of him. During Moses’ days, God revealed to Moses that HE would send Jesus, the Messiah, to come and live among the people. He would be a great prophet for the people of Israel.  God told Moses to implore the people (Israelites) to listen to all that Jesus would speak to them when he appeared, or else HE would require of them.
