PRAYERS OF JESUS

But something significant is that a mountain is a place of solitude and quietness. It is a place Jesus could spend time talking to God without disturbance or distraction. The Scripture tells us that after he returned from praying, he decided and selected HIS twelve disciples. Jesus prayed before making this important decision. Also consider praying alone all night at a mountain, which we can never do for whatever reason. But Jesus has certainly demonstrated to us the importance of prayer. At another time, Jesus was seen waking early in the morning and went to a solitary place to pray. This was because he would be going to another town to preach.
