LISTEN TO HIM 15 April 2024 Deuteronomy‬ ‭18‬:‭18‬-‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ I will raise up for them a Prophet like you (Moses) from among their brethren, and will put My words in His (Jesus) mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him. And it shall be that whoever will not hear My words, which He speaks in My name (God’s name), I will require it of him. During Moses’ days, God revealed to Moses that HE would send Jesus, the Messiah, to come and live among the people. He would be a great prophet for the people of Israel.  God told Moses to implore the people (Israelites) to listen to all that Jesus would speak to them when he appeared, or else HE would require of them. This means there are great penalties and consequences for rejecting Jesus’ words by the people.   This tells us Jesus was appointed to speak every Word of God revealed to Him from above for all the people during His ministry on earth.   If we are the children of God, undeniably, we must hear His Words.
